USA Domestic Shipping Policy

 Shipment processing time

All orders placed Monday to Friday until 5pm will be processed (reviewed, scheduled, but not shipped yet) on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Customizations Processing Time

When you purchase a customized item, we will create it specifically for you. To do that we require a processing time of around 3 to 5 days. You will see the estimated delivery date on each product, based on our processing time and location, carrier transit time, and your shipping address. Keep in mind: shipping carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push this date.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for USA domestic orders of U$99 and more. Delivery estimate is between 5 and 8 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

Luccy Paper Krafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

Luccy Paper Krafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy 

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product(s) and issue you a full refund of your purchase. Our Refund Policy provides more detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

We do not refund our products since they are custom made for you. Please select your items carefully and make sure you add all of the customization information required on each item when you purchase. 

We cannot accept returns on custom items, but if there are any issues at all, please contact us at once. We are committed to customer satisfaction and do our best to achieve it!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Como Customizar

To purchase a customized product on our website, simply click on the product of your choice, fill out the required customization information (e.g. birthday person's name, age, name initial, etc). 

Then add your customized product to cart and proceed to checkout. 

Make sure you carefully spell your customization requirements, as the products will be customized exactly as per the information you provide. 

Check for spelling mistakes, the correct age number and the delivery address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship from Florida and our shipping times revolve around 5-8 business days for most products. You can find out information about shipping times in each product.

After I place an order, how long does it take for me to get it?

Most orders are processed in 2-5 business days after I receive them. Shipping can take between 7-10 days.

Are cake toppers shipped already assembled?

All of our toppers come assembled for your convenience

Sizing details

Cake topper designs are usually sized at 6x8 inches. 3D Letters are around 6 inches. Gable Boxes come in 9 x 6 x 6 inches.


How do I track my orders?

To track your order, check the email that was sent to you when you purchased online. You should have a tracking number available.

I’ve provided the wrong address; how do I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out very shortly after you place your order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Luccy Paper Krafts should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system that processes orders just follows what you supplied.

We work with USPS for USA domestic order shipment.
